Student loan debt in America topped $1.5 trillion last year.

Elizabeth Warren is making an appeal to millennials on a major crisis for their generation.

How Warren’s plan works:

If your income is <$100k, erase up to $50,000 in student debt. Gone.

Then for every $3 in income, that $50,000 in forgiveness drops by $1.

So if you make $130k, get $40,000. If you make $190k, get $20,000.

By $250k you get $0.
