And the lawyers who conspire to do it get the same punishment. See 1513(f).

3. And Fun Fact: It's another RICO predicate and enhances proof of the continuity element needed to prove the "pattern of racketeering" element. Trump is now just like the Mafia. Except for publishing witness threats on @Twitter. That's new.

4. If Trump had really divested he would be hard to get at. But he chose not to divest. IMO all of his businesses are exposed. And instead of being cool he's going all Toni Montana in Scarface. It may take time but eventually the Bankruptcy bar will feast on this Bozo.
