Izvestia reports that the Murmansk-BN EW system was delivered to the Baltic Fleet's 841th Independent Center of Radio-Electronic Warfare in 2018, and is now operational. The Murmansk-BN is an operational-strategic level asset with a stated range of 5k km.

The mobile version involves 7 KamAZ vehicles with 32 meter high masts. It works against HF radios and can jam the communications of ships, aircraft, UAVs, and CPs. The system can jam radio communications at a range of 5k km, but, under ideal circumstances, could reach 8k km. 2/
The system in Kaliningrad could reach HF systems across Europe, including Scandinavia, Eastern and Central Europe, and the Baltics, as well as the Baltic Sea, Norwegian Sea, North Sea, and Atlantic Ocean. 3/

Izvestia with a useful overview of Russian anti-aircraft coverage of the arctic and Northern Sea Route, which will include more S-400 battalions with 40N6 missiles and Pantsir-S systems. By the end of 2020, these air defense units will be in place.

The Northern Fleet's 45th VVS and PVO Army's 1st and 3rd PVO Divisions are responsible for covering territory from Norway to the Chukotka Peninsula, including units on Novaya Zemlya, Severnaya Zemlya and Franz Josef Land. 2/
The 1st PVO Division currently has 3 anti-aircraft regiments and 2 radar regiments. The 3rd PVO Division includes the 33rd anti-aircraft missile regiment in Rogachevo on Novaya Zemlya as well as radar units and outposts from Novaya Zemlya to Wrangel Island. 3/

The scenario involved an OPFOR taking advantage of poor weather to launch a ground invasion with tank and motor rifle units supported by a bomber regiment. This force quickly crushed Russian border guards and pushed nearly 500 km into Russian territory. 2/

If we are going to get out of the messes we are in, I believe we have to start with a more accurate image of ourselves and the world of which we are a part. A thread about #system boundaries, abortion bans, climate change, gun safety, and more.
We each are flows, more like flames or whirlpools than rocks or billiard balls, in constant exchange with the 'environment. Your 'boundaries' are so much more fluid than everyday perception (in this western industrial growth society at least) suggests.
I mean this literally - not metaphorically. What was 'not you' moments before you drank a glass of water now is 'you.'

Je vous avez laissé avec quelque notions important, que je vais rappelé rapidement :

- Le séquençage c'est ce qui permet de lire la séquence ADN, mais on ne peut lire que des petits morceaux et on sais pas ou on lis du coup on est un peut embêté pour comprendre ce qu'on a lue
- L'assemblage c'est l'étape algorithmique qui vas permettre de reconstruire la séquence d'ADN d'origine a partir des morceaux qu'on a lue. On fais sa parce que les morceaux partage des séquences communes, sa s'appel des overlaps. Pour sa on utilise un graph d'assemblage
