to move on SDF held oil in east Euphrates like at Conoco in February 2018 so Russians may be creating a diversion to draw #SDF from area near and south of DeirEzZor. I'd watch IRGC coming in from Iraq. Assad is desperate and dangerous. Handy to have IRGC listed.
