Guess they didn't get the memo abt Clayton Christiansen's book, "Innovator's Prescription." They used obsolete inaccurate terminology to name INOVA institute, cost BILLIONS VA taxpayer $. Building a research enterprise is not like building housing development with Ryan Homes.
