According to Special Counsel regulations, Mueller’s job ended when he submitted the report. Barr was correct when he said the report then became his “baby.” What Mueller wrote in a snitty letter after that did not - and should not - matter... amgreatness.com/2019/05/01/its…
In February, Barr directed Mueller’s team to prepare the final report with suggested redactions so it could be released quickly. The report was submitted raw, no redactions. So Barr prepared his own letter with accurate summaries of the key conclusions...

@SenFeinstein laced her opening statement with flat out lies, or at least her staffer that wrote it did. She said "The report outlined @DonaldJTrumpJr communicated with Wikileaks directly & then tweeted a link to the email leaks." Don Jr never communicated with wikileaks...
And the report doesn't say that either. Not sure what orifice pf her body she or her staffer pulled that out of.

The link that @DonaldJTrumpJr posted to twitter was a public link that was already readily available to anyone that was on twitter and had been posted by Wikileaks
@DonaldJTrumpJr Feinstien is so outgunned in the battle of wits it's comical. She is literally shooting herself in the foot with her own statements. Notice how she never brought that lie about Don Jr back up in her questioning.

Expert tip 1: One provision for sharing grand jury info does not even require prior court approval.

Expert tip 2: Barr is apparently daring Congress with idea it needs to start impeachment proceedings to qualify for the other provision. Lederman's analysis shows that's false.

The argument that a criminal president should not be indicted rests on the premise that it would destabilize the government and interfere with the president fulfilling his constitutional duties. Trump has destabilized the government already and he's attacked the Constitution.
For a criminal sitting president who has held himself above the law, indicting @realDonaldTrump would help restore the rule of law and, through his removal, would help restore political stability.
Arguing that indicting Trump would impede him fulfilling his duties overlooks how often he neglects his duties to advance his own self-interests.
