It seems to be the same vacuous response time after time. Let's never deal with the actual problem. Which is . . .?

That the media has so infantalised our politics so much that fruitcakes from the fringes have managed to put themselves centre stage.
And I've had cause to mention this mentality before, this Pecksniff, little Englishman. Can't we find a genteel Brexit that will comfort my middle class prejudice?
And the answer is No. No, you can't have a genteel Brexit. Not any kind. Brexit is political extremism. It belongs to extremists, it belongs to racists, thugs and spoilt babies. UKIP, Fartage, Johnson, Corbyn, May.

You will not get rational politics out of these people. No.

It's all about one person - Nigel Farage. He is a constant thorn in the Tories, and he will be as long as he's got any democratic presence.
The Tories can't abolish the European parliament the way they once abolished the GLC to deal with Ken Livingstone. So what they do is try and resign the whole United Kingdom from the parliament.

Most of the abuses that this sector of media is critical about come from internet giants, who pay lip service in response, because those abuses are very profitable, & regulation is unlikely in the US & users not motivated enough to change their usage of networks. /2
US regulation that would help stop the criticized practices is unlikely to help, mainly because Congress isn't qualified to design these regulations, so they would leave it to lobbyists working for the industry to be regulated /3

I’ve said it a million times before: opposition to FoM is what delivered the result the first time round but it is *not* the actual problem. What that means is that pandering to Leave lies about it will forever provide the wrong solution. 2/
Yet that’s still what most people do. Every day this week I’ve seen prominent #PeoplesVote supporters repeat the mistakes of 2016. From a focus on London to this pandering to the arrogant assumption that a People’s Vote would be won. Keep going like that and you’ll lose. 3/

This all started because the #MetPolice & #LBRUT couldn't do their day jobs properly & decided to take the law into their own hands. It started as a small cover up 12 years ago but has turned into British State Persecution.

My company was raided. It should have been a straightforward matter. But the #MetPolice & #LBRUT forgot to seize my computer & came back to do a 2nd raid. The search warrant didn't permit a second entry, however, #LBRUT entered unlawfully

On this one year anniversary of the election of Donald J Trump to the presidency of the United States, we take a moment to reflect upon the past and ponder our path forward. Without question, the election of President Trump saved our Union from a race to oblivion.
As the past year has shown, we have major issues within our government and its going to take YEARS to right the ship. One man, one election is not going to do it. Voting republican or voting this or that is not sufficient on its own. The governmental problems are systemic.
For over a century the progressives have had it their goal to tear down our system of government. That damned Constitution is simply too rigid for those with grand ambitions. The Constitution that preserves our rights and our Union is seen as an obstacle to those people.
