This is a real tribunal for the chief ("chair monster") of the borderland 2018 burning-man style event. He implemented TEAL non-hierarchical principles and the event had many problems. He accused of putting his dreams ahead of reality and not taking operational responsibilities.
Great example of openly and honestly dealing with issues and good discussion of management issues in general and specifically about problems with implementing non-hierarchical principles.
