Congress says there was a Surgical Strike on August 6, 2013

But looks like on that surgical strike was done by Pakistan in which they killed 5 Indian soldiers.

India retailited on Aug 7 by exchange of fire in which 2 Paki soldiers got wounded.

No news of any action across the border.

Instead, India and Pakistan soldiers exchanged sweets and India-Pakistan held trade talks.
