I don't know, I think candidates should probably read the Report considering it continues to dominate US political discussion every single day. Warren read it the day it was issued, and then used her analysis as the basis for demanding impeachment. At least she read it.
I read the entire Report carefully and I'm just some schmuck. You'd think a presidential candidate would find the time to read a document that is completely dominating US politics, and will continue to do so indefinitely. Especially considering all the time they spend on planes

"Perhaps it was the party’s intelligentsia, not Biden, that was out of touch with the modern Democratic electorate." Yep. Throw in the media, which tries to impose its own parochial fixations, especially around identity, on voters who do not subscribe to their blinkered ideology
This is an accurate characterization of Bernie's performance in 2016. Anyone who covered that race (as I did) knew that many people were drawn to him simply as the only Hillary alternative. He still increased the popularity of socialism, but not to the degree often portrayed

Nigel Farage's current ascendancy as leader of the new Brexit Party seems to have some US parallels. After leaving UKIP, he hosted a talk radio show to maintain/cultivate his audience. He went around giving speeches, including in the US. And now he's getting lots of small donors

Farage is also still dealing with ridiculous accusations that Russia somehow funded or facilitated Brexit -- another nasty import from the US. And it's hilarious that the main reason he's had to denounce UKIP (his party of 25 years) is due to Carl Benjamin, aka Sargon of Akkad

The idea that Kamala Harris, a prosecutor from the Bay Area, was ever somehow the most obvious natural fit for Southern black voters was always so reductive and stupid, especially when she's running against the closest confidant and partner of the first black president
Obama initially wasn't a "natural fit" for these voters either, but he was a community organizer, fluent in the vernacular of the black church, and had Michelle. Let's just say that Kamala's spouse, Douglas C. Emhoff, doesn't provide the same kind of political resources
Furthermore, Kamala has consistently polled better among whites than nonwhites

From DOJ spox Kerri Kupec: In his remarks at 9:30am, AG Barr will address executive privilege (whether it was invoked), White House + DOJ interactions over the last several weeks, and the redaction process.

How is Barr feeling today? "Calm," Kupec says.
Here is what we KNOW:
- Barr will have a presser at 9:30am. DAG Rosenstein will be there, but isn't expected to speak.
- Congress will get CDs with the redacted Mueller report between 11am-12pm
- The report will be posted online *sometime* after it's delivered to the Hill

Paul Manafort's sentencing memo is due by 5pm in his EDVA case. It's not in yet, but his lawyers filed a report addressing the redacted materials in his DC case from Mueller's office that led to a correction in the record re: Manafort's plea deal breach scribd.com/document/40083…
Manafort's lawyer say that whatever the new info was about (it was from Rick Gates on 2/15, responding to recent media coverage) it was helpful to Manafort re: whether he intentionally lied, and they want the EDVA judge to take note
