I spoke with Twitter today about the suspension of @CarpeDonktum’s page and it looks like they’ve made a wise decision in favor of the 1st Amendment’s satire/parody protections. It appears Twitter heard your voices. His account is unlocked and now he can make America laugh again!
20 minutes after Twitter reinstated @CarpeDonktum’s account they went and suspended him AGAIN for the same tweet. You can’t make this stuff up.

Social media companies have lost their minds. Here’s the new notice he received. Now trying to get an explanation from Twitter.
Update: @CarpeDonktum got an email from @Twitter confirming he did NOT violate any rules in the terms of service with the tweets that were mass reported but they still have him suspended despite being cleared of any violations.

Why does this only happen to Republicans @jack?

Acting @ICEgov Dir. Matthew Albence says today that statistics show kids are more likely to be sexually or physically abused during the trip to/across the border than they are to not experience abuse during it.

I spoke with a source at Twitter who says the AOCPress parody was banned because they "have strong evidence the owner was coordinating with others in a way that violated our spam rules. Had nothing to do with the Parody aspect or the content, it was the coordination."

Thoughts?
Update: I put @OfficeOfMike in contact with a Twitter Rep and hope they can find a way to bring his and/or the AOCPress account back but they’ve made no assurances. Lots of what I got from Twitter was word salad so we’ll see what happens but he’s getting the chance to protest.
Just seeing that Twitter AGAIN banned @horowitz39 after yesterday saying it was a mistake and reinstating him. I’m reaching out to Twitter to find out their excuse and to try to get him reinstated.

This is the digital public square. We must all stand up for freedom of speech!

Something I don’t understand: If Mike Pence’s daughter was forced from birth to wear a full body cover or a hijab due to religious beliefs, the left would go nuts attacking him for oppressing her. Islam does this to nearly all young Muslim girls and the left celebrates it. Why?
I can’t imagine telling my daughters they have to cover their head, face or arms because they don’t want to distract or become a target for men who can’t control themselves from acting like monsters.
In the majority of Niqab, Burka & Hijab cases you have to realize that many (not all) are brainwashed as kids into this oppressive practice. For the left to pretend it’s empowering betrays what empowerment is. It was never a choice for those little girls.

Choice is empowerment.

The video of the tuktuk guy hurling rocks at police officers is hilarious. Truly, it is.

Then I gave it a bit of thought, and it became a lot darker.

Last week, I talked to my mutura guy. He's generally a very jovial soul. But he was slightly frustrated that day.
"Kanjo walikuwa wanashika bike zote. Hata hawakuwa wanataka kusikia. Kuna mama fulani alijaribu kuwaomba at least achukue stock yake kabla waende na bike. Imagine walienda na stock yake ya hiyo siku. Na hata haikuwa boda."
And yes, he too had his share of trouble with the county askaris on that day.
"Sijui hawa watu wanataka tufanye kazi aje."

Not too long ago, a video went viral on Facebook, a guy who had his car clamped by county askaris, in an act seemingly designed to extort money from him.

Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation
