I don't trust the Conservative Media.
Obviously this is just kind of a goof, but I do think it pithily captures how Fox's long-standing "don't trust the liberal media" slogan has morphed into its corollary--"but you should totally trust the conservative media."
I watched as "not trusting the liberal media" became a point of pride for people who thought of themselves as independent thinkers. Now that the right wing mediascape has become such a juggernaut, it's become vulnerable to this sort of rhetorical jujitsu.
