This has 2 similarities to far right campaigns: it's similar to Jim Crow era segregation policies & the anti-choice movement
Both have a mythos based around an invading inherently evil force, which is sexually dangerous & threatening to traditonal gender roles, posing a risk to children & women that are seen as society's property

Anyone involved in anti trans rhetoric is complicit- even if they dont consciously agree with that definition, their actions still end up upholding it!
It's purpose is its effect: weakening the LGBT+ movement, attacking feminism and women, and attacking bodily autonomy and reproductive rights
