So here's my summary of James Charles's reaction video (his view) for those who don't have the time to watch the 41 min video

-Basically he states he's staying true to everything he said in his previous vid and that everyone should watch his video before forming an opinion

-he appreciated that Tati and her husband(?) tried to redraw the hate from him which has gotten way to far
-the last days/week he went through the darkest time
-James Charles stating that he wants to address all the allegations made against him

-James Charles starts explaining what happened at the Coachella festival
-he had a pass for artists meaning he could be in locations that weren't open for the public

-he had this kind of pass only for a limited time and thus had to be later in the VIP section where the crowd

-mobbed him and where he says he wasn't not safe (VIP Section open for many people)
-this is why he asked NIKITA (who?) to help him out and she did by getting him another pass where

-> James Charles saying that Tati's allegations are wrong regarding this

-so the pass he got was from the brand which is a threat to Tati's business because she sees this brand as her competition
-however he actually texted her before that and told her he would post a story ad on her competition bc he signed the contract and that they helped him out

-so Tati was mad at him and James Charles states that he tried to contact her several times and posted a public apology on his IG story
-he tried to reach her and her husband many many times after the apology but they didn't respond which is why he wanted to give them space

-he always supported her product (*him showing several clips of him and Tati where he promoted her product publicly)

THEN
-James Charles being emotional AND angry about the fact that Tati brought up his MOM into this drama by saying she wasn't doing her job appropriately

James Charles responding to the allegations about him sexually manipulating straight guys

-he states he would NEVER do such a disgusting thing for fame/power or money
-him stating that nothing happenes the way Tati described (speaking about her birthday dinner):

-he did not say inappropriate stuff during her dinner

-him saying "I'm a celebrity" is an insider he uses among his friends which is meant as joke, something Tati actually knows

-the waiter that Tati claims that James Charles has sexually harassed has done a video

-where he confirmes that nothing happened the way Tati described

-the waiter (Sam) is BISEXUAL and he spent some time with James Charles later where they made out (Fun fact: waiter claiming that JC is the worst kisser ever lol)

Conclusion: Tati twisting the story and facts damaging James Charles's career

-him saying that he makes mistakes and also has qualities he is not proud of

"Having millions of people watching you learn is very very tricky"

-him apologising again to those he annoyed

-James Charles saying that Zara Larsson who also jumped into the drama is being hypocritical since she started her relationship by publicly harassing her current bf
-if a woman can do it and it's not a problem why is it a problem when a gay man does it

-dolan twins as first people who called him to make sure he's okay

why he made the video
- before they (Tati, Jefree Star)went public he tried to reach them several times but they preferred to make it public: so it's only fair to respond this way

-he went though so much pain

"Through all of this I learned that if I get through this, I can get through anything"
And

-him also stating that he will spend some time with his loved ones and that he'll try to get his mental health back and that hell be back soon

Also saying he wont work with people like Jefree Star anymore
