Today, the FBI announced that Eugene Palmer has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Palmer is wanted on a federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in the alleged murder of his daughter-in-law, in 9/2012. #WantedWednesday fbi.gov/wanted/topten/…

Unbeknownst to me #FBI created social media accounts in my name, used images in my likeness, linked those accounts to accounts of children on-line, in addition to accounts of women engaged in pornography.
(2) #FBI then paraded those accounts as belonging to me, to African Union members, diplomats, ambassadors, family members and friends in order to destroy my repuation and career.

This went on for 2+ years before I discovered what they had done (from a friend in foreign Intel)
(3) When I went into the #FBI field office after my return to the USA from Africa and asked them what the hell they were doing, they were arrogant, insolent and angry.

A state LE agency refused to investigate because they said "A federal agency created those accounts."

Prosecutors were finding it hard to bring down mobs partly because bosses had ways to insulate themselves.

1/ RICO (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Law) was passed in 1970.

RICO lets prosecutors take down the entire organization, and makes it easier to reach the boss.

2/ A person who meets four elements can be indicted under RICO:

(1) conduct of
(2) an enterprise
(3) through a pattern of
(4) racketeering activity. (Sedima 473 U.S. 479)

The activity can be almost any crime—bribery, fraud, etc.
