Did Mueller lie to Barr?

AG Barr clarifies the discrepancy between his and Mueller's statements on the OLC opinion. I think I get it now.
Barr's May 1 convo with Mueller addressed the hypothetical that Mueller determined there was a crime but didn't bring charges because of the OLC opinion.

Mueller's May 29 statement said he wasn't going to decide whether there was a crime or not.

Christopher Steele agreed to talk to the Justice Department Office of Inspector General after learning that the OIG's upcoming report will criticize him and his credibility, Times of London reports.
Christopher Steele's testimony to the DOJ OIG will be limited to his work for the @FBI, Times of London reports. He has retained a lawyer for £30,000 and requested that the OIG get permission from British officials first.
@FBI It is possible that the last-minute interview with Christopher Steele will result in the delay of the release of the DOJ OIG report. According to @SaraCarterDC, AG Barr may have already been given a final draft (before this news broke).

Mueller has had to walk back his lie about Office of Legal Counsel policy keeping him from indicting a sitting president. In his alleged “farewell” address, former Special Counsel Mueller managed to channel former FBI Director James Comey.
Where is it written that FBI directors get to recite a litany of possible charges against someone they are not going to charge? If, as Mueller had said, you cannot indict a sitting President, then why did he spend some $40 million the past two years pursuing an indictment?

Today Mueller says it was the reason.
As a tax-payer, voter, and a person who pays all of these salaries, I sure would like now to hear from Barr, Rosenstein, and Edward O’Callaghan all pictured here.

Shocker: Bill Barr—appointed AG after giving Trump a 19-page memo saying Trump didn't obstruct justice—just exonerated Trump of obstruction of justice. Mueller specifically said "this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him"
Mueller couldn't establish corrupt intent for obstruction of justice b/c Trump refused to talk w/ investigators. W/o putting Trump under oath, Barr exonerates him. Barr was put in charge of DOJ to salvage the GOP—even if it meant letting Trump get away with everything. Shameful.
.@JeffreyToobin points out the impropriety of AG Barr concluding no obstruction of justice when the whole point of appointing a special counsel was b/c Trump’s political appointees—like AG—have an inherent conflict of interest. And now we see, AG Barr is indeed Trump’s lackey.
