Per court order, the govt has filed a transcript of a voicemail that Michael Flynn's lawyer got from one of Trump's lawyers after Flynn withdrew from the joint defense agreement. Much of this was excerpted in Vol. II of Mueller's report
The judge had ordered the govt to file this transcript because in their sentencing memo they'd referenced the fact that Flynn contributed to the obstruction investigation by turning over a "voicemail recording"
The judge also ordered the govt to produce "any other audio recordings of Mr. Flynn, including, but not limited to, audio recordings of Mr. Flynn's conversations with Russian officials." Govt said today it isn't relying on any other recordings, nor are any part of the record

Trump's former lawyer John Dowd issues a statement in response to the renewed attention his voicemail to Flynn's lawyer is getting today (Mueller's report, which excerpted the voicemail, didn't name the lawyer, but the full transcript released today says "this is John")
The judge in Michael Flynn's case says the govt won't be required to file anything else related to representations in their sentencing memo beyond the transcript of Trump's lawyer's call to Flynn's lawyer — see the thread above for background, it's too much to fit in one tweet!
The judge ordered the govt to produce the transcript + "audio recordings of Mr. Flynn, including, but not limited to, audio recordings of Mr. Flynn's conversations with Russian officials." Govt said it wasn't relying on other recordings, so that was all they were producing
NB: The government did *not* say that other recordings didn't exist, just that no other recordings were part of the record here re: Flynn's sentencing. So we don't know if other recordings of Flynn exist, and the judge won't require the govt to say

On the heels of SCOTUS deciding to take up the Trump admin's decision to end DACA next term (see: buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetil…), here are the latest numbers on the status of the program: assets.documentcloud.org/documents/6178…
Per court injunctions, the administration has been required to continue processing renewal applications for existing DACA recipients— this table shows that during the first three quarters of FY19, 285,471 renewals were approved and 2,383 were denied
Note that the table shows a small number of initial applications being accepted — the administration hasn't been required to accept new applications while litigation is pending, so these appear to be applications submitted before the Trump admin announced it was rescinding DACA

There are FOUR significant selective edits in the transcript of Dowd's call to Flynn's attorney as it is presented in the Mueller report.

These are underlined in the screenshot below.

1. Mueller omitted that Dowd expressed sympathy at the outset.

Thread:
The omission of "I'm sympathetic" is notable because in the very next paragraph Mueller goes on to detail a call where Dowd was "indignant and vocal" about Flynn's withdrawal from the joint defense agreement. The sympathy in the transcript did not fit the obstruction narrative.
2. Mueller cut out language which would show that Dowd discussed two separate issues in the call.

“I understand that you can’t join the joint defense; so that’s one thing. On the other hand…”
