🚨 Here is the letter suspending David Prescott as Labour member - banning him from party meetings and disqualifying him as a party candidate. But it never got sent. 
Labour's exec director, governance and legal director and complaints chief all agreed to suspend Prescott as it was the "safest" option for young women and would stop any "aggressive" behaviour at future meetings as an investigation into claims took place. Karie Murphy blocked it
Here's the letter. According to those involved, that was it. No investigation. MP later chose not to proceed with complaint. Prescott was readmitted to work two weeks later
