After filing suit, @ProjectSouth got the Detainee Death Report ICE has inexplicably failed to post to its website.

Here are some key points:
The review includes evidence of a practice of failing to comply with the Immigrant Health Services Corps (IHSC)’s guidelines for people suffering from hypertension.

It’s clear why: Doing so would trigger IHSC’s Special MedicalNeeds Patients Policy & increase cost of care.

One surefire way to prepare the public for rapid expansion of child concentration camps is to use images of people jammed into overcrowded 72 hr processing stations . . .

Just as the regime tried to use exponentially expanded #FamilyDetention as a solution to #FamilySeparation
Keep an eye on the military, which the regime turns to in these times, and which, after the departure of Sec. Mattis, has seen an erosion of institutional resistance, e.g., USS John S McCain on Memorial Day.

Okay let’s start #FOIAFriday.

You may remember hearing about how CoreCivic employees at the Stewart ICE prison in Georgia turned away @elrefugioga volunteers who wanted to visit with Jean Jimenez after his mother sought out their help because she was concerned for just safety.
Here’s the story from @JeremyLRedmon at @ajc: ajc.com/news/breaking-…

The reason CoreCivic offered was made up: Because Jean was in solitary he couldn’t have the same access to visitation, so his mother’s visit on the previous day (the day before Mother’s Day) used up his chance
So here’s what actually happened, as revealed by records disclosed in our #FOIA suit . . .

My takeaways:

1) Mueller could *not* exonerate the President,

2) for obstructing an investigation into a hostile foreign power's interference in our election.

3) That interference was serious and sustained.

4) If Mueller could have cleared the President,
he would have.
5) DOJ guidelines prevent indictment of a *sitting* President.

6) Congress is the *constitutionally mandated* body to hold a *sitting* President accountable.

7) If Congress calls Mueller, he will not go beyond the report. (which still has value.)
8) Mueller says an investigation of a sitting President is appropriate to *preserve evidence*,

9) This implies that DOJ could bring charges against a *former* President for obstruction.

10) In the meantime, it's on Congress to determine whether they will let it this stand.

The last lawfully ratified state constitution of Pennsylvania is 1838. All the state constitutions after 1860 are NOT lawfully ratified because #Congress collapse on November 1860 when the southern nations seceded. I will remind everyone we are still under martial law since 1861.
Martial law was never lifted, there were never any peace treaties with the Independent Southern Nations after the international war of 1861. This prevented to restore congress of the southern nations & northern nations. Below I will tweet the preamble and Article I.

Dear Leading Dem Type Friends,
While many of you recall the Clinton impeachment process and saw it as damaging for the GOP and thus are afraid of impeachment, it is a bad read and a bad analogy. First, Bush won (one way or another) the next election.
Second, Nixon is a better parallel. The Clinton impeachment was an abuse of power (Clinton's awful behavior notwithstanding). The Nixon resignation due to the certainty of impeachment was the Congress fulfilling its Constitutionally mandated responsibility.
It wasn't just the right thing to do. It was essential to the functioning of our system for the Congress to do it. To do otherwise would have enabled corruption and led to further abuses. We face the same circumstances and threats today.

The first thing to note is that the separation from a child from her grandmother upon arrival to the U.S. is that it appears to have taken place after the president supposedly ordered the forceful separations stopped...
A second thing to note is that the implementation of these separation policies requires the joint cooperation of both DHS & HHS - Secretaries Nielsen and Azar at the top, and the many deputies who work under their chain of command...

Mallya showed up for CBI interrogation. Travelled abroad and returned. All this was to create the false impression that he was not going to flee. It was a criminal mind's work. That #CBI fell for it is amazing. Does not speak highly of its leadership. 3/n
