1) Mueller could *not* exonerate the President,
2) for obstructing an investigation into a hostile foreign power's interference in our election.
3) That interference was serious and sustained.
4) If Mueller could have cleared the President,
he would have.
6) Congress is the *constitutionally mandated* body to hold a *sitting* President accountable.
7) If Congress calls Mueller, he will not go beyond the report. (which still has value.)
9) This implies that DOJ could bring charges against a *former* President for obstruction.
10) In the meantime, it's on Congress to determine whether they will let it this stand.
