2) Labour cannot guarantee they will be in power forever (they may not be in power at all) therefore, at some point a Farage/Tory government *will* start selling off the NHS post #Brexit, through ideology or desperation. It's only a matter of time
3) it would be inconceivable for any Labour opposition leader to not vigorously defend the NHS at any other time.
