2 years ago I almost drowned in the Pacific.

I haven’t talked about this very often, but here are a few things the experience taught me:
‼️ Panicking works against you. Invest in the behaviors and habits that can minimize panic when a situation like this arises, such as relaxation breathing.
👁The practice of ‘negative visualization’ before a major negative event can help prepare you for when the time comes.
⏲We are all living on borrowed time: we will all die one day, and that is ok.
