The Office of Special Counsel's report references an exchange I had with @KellyannePolls on May 29.

Here's video. I’ll break down what happened below.

First, @KellyannePolls tells @ZekeJMiller that she never violated the Hatch Act.

I follow up on Zeke’s question by asking her if she is claiming to have never violated the Hatch Act, ...at which point she suggests I don't know what the Hatch Act is, then claims she was misquoted.

She then claims I don’t have the facts and accuses me of quoting former officials with “a partisan political agenda.” When I note that OSC is an independent agency, she says “I don’t care...blah blah blah” and dismisses the issue as irrelevant.

After attacking @JoeBiden she (ironically) says her concern is “people lying about their records” and accuses me of “trying to silence [her] with the Hatch Act.” When I again pointed out it was OSC who found she’d violated it, she said ”let me know when the jail sentence starts.”
