Oh God. This is going to get the "fire in a crowded theater" pedantry going again.
(It is true you can't falsely yell fire in a crowded theater and cause a panic and injuries. That this line was used in a terrible SCOTUS ruling doesn't make it false).
It's a vapid point to make, since all it's saying is that there are limits to speech. Which is something we all agree on. But it's not false.
One can condemn flag burning while recognizing the freedom to.
