Stop referring to it as an “implementation” period. We haven’t agreed what we’re transitioning too, so we can’t implement it. It isn’t even a transition period. It’s a pre-cliff edge standstill period during which we’ll try to negotiate the thing that we’re going to implement.
Language matters. It’s partly this kind of abuse of language that got us into this mess in the first place.
Otherwise, you speak a lot of sense about the dangers of No-Deal, David.
