Holy smokes. The mother load. And like I've been reporting includes over 400 Stored Communications Act warrants.
It looks like it all kicked off on July 7, 2017. Flynn was not indicted until November 2017 as I recall.
Couple of strange things from the order.
First it appears to refer to "all non-grand jury subpoena matters . . ." So I think that means the grand jury stuff is still sealed. Also there's an odd statement that evidences that "the government" didn't know about them. Here it is:

"On May 20, 2019, the Court provided the government with access to lists of limited information about sealed dockets related to the Special Counsel’s investigation and directed the government to notify the Court by May 28, 2019 of any objections to release of that information."
So what CNN did is to let Barr see stuff that Mueller may have kept from him.
