The Court’s opinion is clear that Congress under the Elections Clause has the power to address gerrymandering.
Every candidate for federal office must endorse a legislative fix. NOW.
This is probably the most important political issue for 2020.

If @senatemajldr refuses to support Congressional legislation banning partisan gerrymandering by state political party bosses Kentucky will have to show him the door. Most voters of all political persuasions hate dirty tricks and hate corrupt party bosses.
Along with articles of impeachment against @realDonaldTrump an anti-gerrymandering bill should be the top priority for the U.S. House. If the bill dies in the Senate the senators go down on Election Day.

Wrong answer.
Our embassy should be where other countries' embassies are, in Tel Aviv. Embassies are for diplomacy and we're not going to solve the Middle East conflict unilaterally. We accomplish nothing sitting in Jerusalem by our lonesome.

The last thing we need is more ill informed politicians such as @realDonaldTrump who use the Middle East conflict to score political points. We need to rejoin the world diplomatic community and consider how other countries approach the problem. Their embassies are in Tel Aviv.
There are 88 embassies in Israel.
86 embassies are located in Tel Aviv and the Gush Dan Metropolitan Area
2 embassies are located in Jerusalem.
If @amyklobuchar and @realDonaldTrump can't figure out where the U.S. embassy should be, neither one of them should be president.

His opponents argue about who did what in 1970's wars over forced busing.
When nobody emphasizes that forced busing was a poor and pitiful response to segregated neighborhoods created by racist real estate developers and landlords, he wins the debate.

Clearly @JoeBiden should've used the discussion of 1970's forced busing to rip @realDonaldTrump. Since MLK's march on Chicago it is common knowledge that racism in the real estate industry is at the root of northern segregation. That makes neighborhood schools segregated schools.
When MLK went to Chicago he didn't focus on busing the kids but on desesgrating the neighborhoods. He went after racist real estate developers, agents and landlords who kept African Americans in their "place."
Sadly he didn't live to confront people like the Trumps in Queens, NY.

All leading Democratic candidates have called for impeachment.
Regardless of who wins the nomination, Trump will humiliate his opponent by pointing to the fact that the House didn’t impeach.
Political as well as a constitutional disaster for Democrats if they don’t impeach.
Democratic Party know it alls say I am going too fast on impeachment. Yet every leading candidate for president is exactly where I am on impeachment while a neglectful House continues to stall.
Democrats who can’t come together and impeach Trump hand him four more years.

A regular reader suggested that I explain this. Instead I think I'll expand on it. Constitutional ponderings.
2. Our current Constitution worked, to some degree, for a long time.
As black Americans can tell you, it didn't work all that well for them. That said, the original, pre-amendment, pre-bill-of-rights, Constitution really wasn't about rights. It was a blueprint for a government.
3. I'm not sure this is widely appreciated. I see a lot of tweets that reference the Constitution in some way, but most of them go on to speak about something the Constitution never said or implied.
It's just a how-to manual.
