We as a nation (including our regular & special forces, who for the most part are extremely heroic, very courageous, and highly commendable) mustn’t copy barbaric practices and take revenge against innocent people.

Don’t blame them all
It’s arguably one thing to fire to kill, due to an adrenalin rush of fear (albeit I cannot see how fleeing women and children were seen as threatening).

It’s quite another matter, if there was a motive of revenge.
Either way, there are likely at least two sides to the tragic story - of how this tragedy happened.

Covering things up never makes things better. It only makes them look worse. Truth always seeks the light.

The Inspector General needs full access - no barriers or excuses.
