Tweeps, I again need some research help. I am looking for the names of reports, books, studies that pose black people as a problem. They can be 200 years old. They can be from last year. Please drop names, authors in replies. Much appreciated.
Let me be bit more specific. I am speaking only of black Americans. And I am looking for papers, books, that specifically call out black Americans as problematic, like books called "The Negro Problem" and "American Dilemma" and "The Negro Family: The Case For National Action"
