Working 60+ hr weeks?
So am I (although as you know if you're on my email list, FAB is going full-time in 3 weeks).
Here's how to blast the fat, and chisel your way down to a granite-like 10% bf, despite the time constraints:
Say you normally take 30 mins to cook a meal.
You eat 2 meals per day (IF), 14 meals per week.
Meal prepping them all in 2 evenings (Wed/Sun) will save you:
14 - 2 = 12 * 0.5 hrs = 6 hours per week.
Which is ridiculous if you're a busy dude.
PLUS:
At work
With friends
On the weekend
If you follow this set-up.
Next:
You want to make this sessions BIG, and higher volume, in order to maintain all your muscle.
But only going to the gym twice will cut back on time spent:
- dressing
- showering
- driving to & from the gym
etc.
Next:
This is essentially following the:
"Kill 2 (or 3-4) birds with 1 stone"
Advice, when you're inside the gym.
VERY effective for time-saving.
You can get everything done in three exercises, instead of say, 6-7.

Yep, this will save you LOADS of time.
At work, socially, with family - learn to say no to days, nights, events, functions.
Then USE this time to achieve more of the above 3 (see how it all links?)
