What's that you were just saying? Speak up boy, I can't hear you. No, not yet, you're still mumbling. Don't speak under your breath for goodness sake, let me hear your voice. And what's your point? What are you stumbling around about? Come on, speak up.

No one who knows me will ever believe I have mumbled. Everyone who knows me, knows I speak strongly, boldly, directly and usually quite clearly. And yet, I assure you, there is a little Pasquale, hidden within, who cowers, afraid to speak in fear of criticism and retribution.

Yet, through the decades of my life, I've had to confront the impossible burden of leadership over and over, finally coming to some form of terms with its mandate. Gongs, drums, banners and flags, a leader employs what tools are necessary to give the guidance needed.

One of the most transformational realizations I've had on my journey is the delight, the joy and honor of outstanding followership. I am an unhesitatingly braggadocious great follower. I take more pride from listening than I do from speaking, speaking as much as I do.

Most of my professional clients, so sadly, cannot come out in public here on Twitter as my followers, let alone as my leaders - which to a man, they are! I lead my clients when I must. But following their leadership is the dream that drives my work. I listen for their dreams.

One of my clients who must remain unnamed, introduced me to the greatest teacher on hearring, on listening, on following, by the name of Father Michael Himes. In 53 minutes, he teaches more about listening than any other teacher I've encountered:

Allow me to beg. Watch the entire video. Find the time. Put away your other work and distractions. Father Himes does NOT speak in gongs and drumbeats. He does not employ banners and flags. You must bring your own eyes and ears. You will not regret it if you do. I promise.

Yet Master Sun's topic is not excellent followership, it is rather merely adequate leadership. If you have no drum corps, and can't use gongs, if you don't know semaphore and have no banners, sorry, you're just not a leader. Boom! We have to talk about @realDonaldTrump again.

Who remembers Stentor? "In Greek mythology, Stentor was a herald of the Greek forces during the Trojan War. He is mentioned briefly in Homer's Iliad in which Hera in the guise of Stentor, whose "voice was as powerful as fifty voices of other men" encourages the Greeks to fight."

The great goddess of war, Hera, takes on the guise of a War Herald whose voice sounds like 50 men, and commands the Greeks to go fight. @realDonaldTrump speaks with a "stentorian" voice. His voice is loud. His image is loud. His words are chosen for their loudness. Amen.

What has the political crown, the uniparty, the MSM and the minions of the swamp done for 50 years? They've bored us to death, lulling our minds to sound sleep with their proper hushed voices and golf clapping in suede gloves. What were they just saying? Who knows? Boring.

President Trump stimulates and inspires, he smiles and turns his head to connect with his audience. He sometimes says bad words. He almost always says what no one else will say. Dog whistles? Are you kidding? He doesn't dog whistle. He shouts out commands with joy.

He leads. And he is inexorably leading away from a globalist fiction where the world matters more, to us, than we mean to ourselves. America First. It's not a dog whistle. It is a priority and he uses every banner and flag required to trumpet his message to us and the world.

So, what about you? Do you know good souls who remain a little bit (or more than a little bit) lost? Do you have clarity, a clarion call, a stentorian message you might offer, leadership, guidance, counsel...even commands? Can you see victory? Do you know how to get there?

In his own way, Master Sun is shouting and yelling at us today. Damn, man, do what it takes to make sure your troops step left and right, forward and backward at the right moment under your command. You, yes you, step up and lead. Don't know how? Speak louder.

Okay, okay, you have to know how to whisper, too. Yin/Yang indeed. Sometimes, an almost silent whisper speaks far louder than the loudest yell. But NOT always. On the battlefield, in the din of combat, you have to belt it out. Your followers need the clarity of commission.

Oh American leaders, I say unto you step up, step forward, step handsomely, we need you to lead. You know? In the world of sales management, many believe that a gong is the greatest tool of leadership we have. The deal just closed. Hit the gong, and hit it loud. Loud is good.

America needs new eyes and ears. That's why the MSM is collapsing and @POTUS is winning. He speaks so our ears can hear, and our eyes can see the truth. And, I say unto you, your followers need you to echo, to learn from his strength of speech and leadership.
