Yall think Bey makes sure Blue’s name is on shit so baby girl can get residuals on all these appearances she’s making?
Ok so of course the answer is yes but this is the first time I’ve thought about it. Blue first made an appearance briefly in the song & video for Blue on the Beyonce album, then in Lemonade. She appears in Homecoming & is named on Lift Every Voice & Sing on the album.
And now we have her in the Spirit video. Baby girl is 7 years old and likely passively earning more annual than most people reading this tweet. What a bananas world we live in. I hope someone with knowhow does the math for us.

-Complete reverse outline process to re-organize my book chapter

Thread on #writing & #revision: A reverse outline is a way to see the structure of what you’ve written in a draft in order to reorganize it. You start by marking up a pdf or print copy of your draft & numbering every paragraph. My book chap has 33 paragraphs.
Once you’ve numbered, make a list from 1 to whatever number of paragraphs you have. Re-read each paragraph & write a short summary (a phrase, not even a sentence) describing what each paragraph is about or doing.

Today I was getting into my car at the gas station, texting on my phone. A guy in a white undershirt & bball shorts started saying “Hey Ma. Hey Ma” to get my attention. Inside I was like “Ugh, I don’t want to engage with this man right now...” but he persisted so I said “yea?”
Then he said “Make sure you get the end of that pretty dress in with you!” I looked down and sure enough my new maxi dress hem was hanging out of my door (which I had yet to close). Dude just rescued my outfit & went on about his day. Not trying to holler just being kind.
Hands down that was the most surprisingly pleasant interaction I’ve ever had with a stranger in a parking lot. 😂

Reading this article does not inspire confidence. Sounds more like they’re poised to make the same mistakes all over again. Having spent decades in a fruitless search for WIMPs motivated by the WIMP miracle - an irrelevant numerical coincidence - might they decide to learn more?
