Except paperwork is handwritten by someone besides Wisner. He doesn’t know who. But stuck to his story that he processed the casings and turned them in himself. 9/
Shell casing property Report (with someone else’s handwriting) had wrong property number number. It had been scratched out and last number illegible. 10/
A piece of property had info # for a police shooting days earlier. Multiple mistakes with ID numbers. 11/
