Witness 1: Continuation of Eskin (Short version) 1/

I chased a guy with dreads or braids. I’m 100% sure of the hair, tunnel vision, I could see the hair hanging down the back as I chased him. 2/

I’m 100% sure I never lost sight of the guy with hair hanging down his back.

I’m 100% the person with braids down the back went in garage. 3/

I’m 100% sure the person I saw in garage running behind a fridge was the person I chased never losing sight of, the one with braids down his back. 100% sure the person I shot was the same person. 4/

I’m 100% sure #KeithDavisJr lying on the floor bleeding from being shot in the face, the one with the BUZZ CUT HAIR, is the guy I was chasing that had braids down his back. 5/

Talking about duel realities, Eskins both did, and did not handcuff #KeithDavisJr 6/

Eskins immediately left the scene. Didn’t return until quite a bit later, after medics had taken #KeithDavisJr to hospital. 7/

Witness #2 BPD Officer Sean Marsh. He entered phone into ECU. Other than that, he can’t remember anything from that day, including how #KeithDavisJr $ was marked as evidence, in his possession, never made it into ECU. 8/

Last witness was FBI agent Fennern. Lots of arguing about how incompetent he, Seidel, and Veney are, resulting in only the bare minimum cell location data being admitted into trial evidence. 9/

Reminder: Friday Court starts earlier - 9 am. Five days of trials, craziness happening every day. Come observe our legal system at work. 10/
