So @Centrelink have quarantined my entire tax refund for a false #robodebt they're claiming I was overpaid all the Family Tax benefit from the first two years after my marital separation... When I was studying, not working, and barely eating.

It's just straight up theft.
Finally got an explanation of the exact details of debt. I explained it's something I can easily disprove. Guy said it might not make a difference.

I might be able to get some money back if I can prove financial hardship. To recover my own money.

This is what they do to people
Still on phone.

Guy and I now realising info they have is accurate and I gave documentation at the time (I always do) so where/why/how debt?!

This could be resolved quickly or go on forever.
To disprove my #robodebt to Centrelink I have to resupply them with the correct information I gave them in the first place. Leases and such.

Revisiting the worst time in my life, but that's that.

Feeling very, very fragile right now.
See I can give them the correct info but I can't give them the dates I sent it. Only they can do that.

If they told me what the debt was about when I called months ago I could have sent my verification then.
But the worst thing for everyone with a #robodebt is they don't have to prove or verify anything to raise it. Or take my tax refund with no notice or explanation.
The Robodebt was raised for overpayment of rent assistance but all the info they have re: dates and addresses is the accurate info I gave them at the time. Guy at Centrelink couldn't tell me why debt was thus raised.
