How to stay productive in the morning time without getting distracted:

A few simple tips for taking advantage of your day!

(THREAD)
The time you wake up should be the same.

Everyone's schedule is different. I don't claim to have the magic time.

But in my experience, the earlier you wake up, the more energized you feel.

Get up early and slowly transition into the time you're most comfortable with.
Don't check Insta or Twitter until your morning tasks are 100% DONE.

This is something I still struggle with.

Social media is a treat, not a privilege.

By not checking it until your job is done, you're preventing yourself from sliding into a sea of procrastination.
Use post-it notes. A LOT of them.

Post-it's give you a visual representation of your goals.

Write out your to-do list the night before and wake up to them on your wall, begging you to cross them off.
Daily affirmations. So important!

Visualize and write down a goal of yours down 15x.

Example:

"I Parker Nathans, am the best copywriter that's ever lived"

The trick is to make them reasonable enough to be done, but not SO crazy that it's insane.
PUT. IN. THE. WORK.

I'm trying to explain this in a way that doesn't sound autistic, but it's really that simple.

It doesn't matter what time you wake up, how many tweets you read, or what you do...

ALL that matters is your work!
I hope these simple tips help you.

REMEMBER:

What you do is your responsibility!
