World's Easiest Customer Retention Technique

You may know this or not...but it takes 7x more effort to get a new customer than to retain an old one.

And as Business owner, you get so busy trying to make new daily sales that you end up forgetting to water your previous seeds...
But hey, I'm going to teach or rather remind you of a certain technique that you can use to get more sales from your existing clients.

This technique requires no ebook or extra coaching or tutorials. It's super simple.

So what is this technique?

Simple. GOODWILL + RAPPORT...
It's a pity that business owners overlook this.

A one time customer can end up becoming your regular customer, just because of a simple compliment or follow up.

That a customer didn't end up buying from you doesn't mean you've lost them for life.

Just checking up on them can
... land you a massive deal.

After a transaction with a customer, it's very important to keep engaging with them.

Ask them:
🎖️how you could serve them better?
🎖️What they love about your product?
🎖️How the rate your services?
🎖️And some minor personal questions that are...
Friendly.

Trust me. People are usually scared of making a first purchase from a new vendor.

So when the get one that understands, relates and engages with them, they are ready to give you all their money.

Just set out a day off the week to follow up and engage with your old
clients.

This relationship will help you beyond Business. It gives you valuable connections too.

NOTE: Don't sell fake products and ask for good rapport. You'll never get it. You're just gearing up for DOOM.
