That wishes were degenerative and of a guilty mind.

That all contents of the post are unethical and to describe a private part, nicely or negatively is unacceptable.

Relying on illegally acquired evidence (Sim registration biodata) through hacking and violation of the accused’s constitutional right, Kamasanyu finds that the accused is guilty of the offense of offensive communication and is convicted on count 1.

There was no witness called to show how the post disturbed the peace and quiet of the complainant as he was never called to court to testify.
Prosecution did not prove the offensive communication and the accused’s participation.
She is acquitted on Count 2
