My question is, could it be a violation of the gag order re the Stone trial, if Gates is indeed a witness for that case? I don't think anyone has confirmed in the press if Gates is a witness in the Stone case, but there is speculation he might be: politico.com/story/2019/05/…
The book is scheduled to come out on Oct 29 2019 and Stone's trial is scheduled to begin on Nov 2 2019.

Gates still hasn't been sentenced and his next status conference is scheduled for the end of this month.
