1/ New report from Heavy.com, if true, indicates the Dayton shooter asshole was a self-proclaimed leftist of an incredibly nihilistic variety. If so, it's just as much an act of terrorism as the El Paso right-winger. Fact remains: white guys, not brown, not Muslim..
2/ And given previous post from a former classmate of his, suggesting lifelong misogyny & fascination w/violence, he just proves men of the left & right can both be immersed in toxic masculine bullshit. Still a guy problem, still a white terrorism problem; still a gun problem...
3/ ...and the difference is, every leftist on the planet will condemn this asshole for the terrorist scum he was, if this report is accurate. We will name it. We will condemn it, and renounce anyone who soft-pedals it. Unlike the right that won't do that for their terrorists...
4/ ...the other difference is that if the Dayton terrorist was a leftist, he certainly picked an odd bunch of targets. A diverse crowd in Dayton; 6 of 9 victims black, plus his sister. Clearly not an act that comports with his professed politics, again, if reports are true...

6/ ...his supposed Twitter mentioned by Heavy notes his being opposition to ICE. But he didn't target ICE or those defending family separation. It says he disliked Trump, but he attacked a largely black crowd. Unless he was trying 2b his own false flag, it's bizarre/incoherent
7/ It all makes me think that if indeed the social media accounts attributed 2 him are genuine, he was a leftist only in the most superficial "I read the anarchist cookbook once" kinda way...like the Unabomber was a "leftist"...only in the most nihilistic, atomistic sense..
8/ Which it why it won't b hard 4 those of us who are actual leftists to say 2 hell w/him & every asshole who thinks like him. But the El Paso shooter was a right winger in the increasingly dominant, MAGA kinda way, and the right cannot condemn his thinking in the same way...
