Q: Now that Ministerial nominees have been screened & confirmed, what next?
A: Good question. Before they are sworn-in & allocated portfolios by the President, they have some reading & studying ahead of them. And then a 2-day Induction, to be presided over by PMB.

Recall that in March 2019, after the elections, Pres @MBuhari set up an Audit Committee on Federal Government Policies, Programmes and Projects, chaired by VP @ProfOsinbajo, with CoS, SGF, HoCSF, and a number of Ministers and other senior govt officials
That committee worked between March and May to produce a detailed report on the first four years of the Administration, taking submissions from MDAs (who were given a submission deadline of April 24):
The Audit Committee on Federal Government Policies, Programmes and Projects was expected to not only look at and assess what had been planned/started/accomplished, but also to lay out a comprehensive roadmap for the next four years, Ministry by Ministry.
The input for its work therefore included not just the submissions from MDAs, but also the #NextLevel campaign Document, and the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (2017-2020).
Q: What does all of this mean?
A: That Committee has produced documents covering each Ministry/Policy Area, that outline priorities & a plan of action, for the incoming Cabinet. Starting today, Ministers-Designate are expected to pick up those Policy documents, from SGF’s Office

These documents (including others like the Cabinet Handbook, which they will also receive), will form the basis for the discussions at the Ministerial Induction which will take place soon.
After that 2-day Induction, the Ministers-Designate will be sworn in, & given portfolios
