Shooting at mosque in Bærum, a suburb of Oslo. One person shot, reportedly a 75 year old man. Shooter described as lone white young man. Bærum is Norway's highest-income municipality.
Shooter had a pistol and two shotguns. He was quickly overpowered by members of the congregation.
Correction: There's no information about who was shot and what's the extent of the injury. The 75 year old man mentioned wasn't the victim, but the man who tackled and controlled the shooter until other members of the congregation subdued him.
The mosque is a 20 min drive from my home.
One moment this grandpa was reading the Qur'an, the next moment he was tackling and disarming a shooter. This man is a hero.
Looks like nobody was hurt. Shots were fired but nobody hit. Injuries were from the fight that ensued.

And this comes full circle. Today's mosque shooter was inspired by the New Zealand shooter. Who was in turn inspired by Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik.
Terrible development. Looks like the shooter killed a woman prior to going on the mosque rampage. She's described as having a family relationship with the shooter.
