The "phone number" thing? The equivalent in tech is probably domain name and that's already separated from all the cloud vendors so that's really a pointless argument.
Honestly, the fact that people come up with these terrible multi cloud analogies and shoot themselves in the foot is just mind-blowing and hilarious all at once.
Multi cloud is a myth. We don't have the tools yet to do it well and the only people saying you can do it are...
