@djmicrobeads You must start by re-learning what it is to be hungry.
@djmicrobeads Cease drinking anything that contains calories. Add no sugar.

Cease all fast food. Eat primarily nutrient dense animal products, like eggs/skyr/cheese/salami/meat, esp red meat, the highest quality that you can afford.
@djmicrobeads Don't drink juice, or eat much fruit, unless its in season.

Cook only at home for at least one week. Make pains to do so. Go hungry if you cannot assemble the useful ingredients. Go hungry once in a while, anyway.
@djmicrobeads Eventually the feeling you lack will return to you. Things frightening will appear delicious. You will happily eat the strange thing, as long as it is wholesome.
@djmicrobeads In other words, to force yourself to eat, to be OK with eating, you must first force yourself to be hungry again. Then you can relearn.
