Does he know that we know what sharpie looks like? Please someone tell me that the president is not so deranged that he thinks he has us fooled just because he posted a second chart. He clearly just drew on the first chart. 
This is so absurd. Even if the president isn't going to actually do his job he can at least make it so his staff can run the country instead of spending timr covering up his stupid and petty fake news to nurse his narcissistic ego.
