I just watched this tweet’s contents become Scheer’s narrative on CBC.

Scheer is working overtime to smear and performing character assassination using the flawed EC report and the demand for cabinet confidence to be revealed to the RCMP. No other govt has been expected to do this, including Harper govt ethics investigation of Afghani prisoners.
Harper refuses to release cabinet confidence to allow the RCMP to investigate abuse of Afghani prisoners committed by Canadian armed forces and whether Harper or cabinet were aware of or directed those activities.

This is no joke. Scheer is undermining confidence in LPC, making unreasonable requests of govt to breach confidence of LPC cabinet, and garnering populist support from Canadians to demand confidence be waived. He accused Trudeau of covering up further crimes on CBC this morning.
He’s menacing law and order & using Finkelstein trickery, all performed as political theatre with a straight face and confidence in his scheme.
