Huge (and great) news from Brazil: Congress now has the necessary votes - 175 members from 10 parties - to create a formal investigation into the corrupt & illegal acts of Bolsonaro's Justice Minister Sergio Moro & the Car Wash prosecutors, as revealed by @TheIntercept's exposés:
@theintercept Assuming approval by House Speaker @RodrigoMaia, the Commission will have full compulsory investigative powers, including sweeping subpoena authority. Bolsonaro's once-revered Justice Minister, who built a false image as an anti-corruption crusader, will himself be investigated.
