Some news: I'm starting a newsletter.

What's my newsletter going to have? The kinds of stuff I put on Twitter, but also and especially the kind of stuff I'm increasingly leery about posting where an audience of hundreds of thousands will see it, only tens of thousands of whom have any connection to me.
By which I mean personal essays, game design thoughts, stuff that I want to talk about without permanently pre-cringing from drive-by comments by people who don't know the score.
But it will also have the kinds of things I'm used to posting on Twitter but which I don't spend enough time sitting in front of my computer in my office anymore to really develop on Twitter; news commentary, current events, political analysis.
Which is not to say I won't have this stuff on Twitter! Just that an analysis of my life and circumstances has shown me that I don't have as much of this stuff on Twitter anymore as I used to, because my life isn't as centered around Twitter as it once was.
So rather than slowly drifting out of touch, why not come along with me for the journey? Subscribe to my newsletter. You can do it for free, and if you like to read what I write, you may choose to pay.

This is the kind of quality content my newsletter will contain: D&D encounter design through the lens of a two-year-old movie, with bonus etymology.
