First law of success is "A house divided against itself cannot stand" it is written a double minded man should not think he will receive anything of the Lord. If all the parts of the heart in an individual are not united in the pursuit of a singular objective, failure is certain.
Once all the elements in the heart of the visioner are united the next step is to make sure he builds a united team. This is where emotions and greed must be set aside. Greed is the temptation to get everyone on board. Not everyone will believe, carefully select those who believe
It's better to build a small united camp than a large tent with strife and backbiting. Not everyone will believe in your dream, there is nothing wrong with them they just are not sent to you. Don't let your emotions interfere with the process and begin to develop some resentment.
Set your emotions aside and make sure your selection for leadership positions is based solely on the ability to lead and not on favouritism or reward for personal investments in you. There are other ways to reward that. Justice is the biggest player in creating united hearts.
Lastly, even if those who choose to go with you appear "externally" inferior, remember David had an army of social losers. What everyone needs to shine is to have authority figures in their lives invest confidence in them. With proper affirmation people will deliver "miracles"
