Why are people like this. Checking out of this awful hotel. They won’t take off charges despite horrible service. I tell the person about the homophobic microaggression from I checked in where employee asked if my partner & I needed double beds when I was registered for a king.

She tries to explain it away, saying “don’t take it the wrong way, but we don’t know just looking and should check. I’ve done it too.” I explain to her how one can confirm the guest wants a king rather than offering random shit I didn’t ask for. Then. Then yall. I

This woman has the nerve to say to me “Yes, I understand. Well, you’re beautiful anyway. Have a great day”

WTF? Beautiful anyway? What does that mean? Beautiful despite being queer? Beautiful despite complaining about microaggression? *insert screams*

Truly, this hotel customer service experience has been terrible and I am basically in a new hotel once or twice a month. I just want to be home, but I’ve got two plane rides and many hours ahead. 😫😫😫
